How To Return An Item

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

1.Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving goods by phoning on 01924806512 or Email us At info@eyshal.co.uk to request a return. (Please note best method of instant contact is by phone as emails are checked and replied to within 48 hours). (Please note not all refunds will be approved)

 

2.After You've Spoken To us Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

 

3.Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt recieved upon delivery this will be in the parcel when you recieved the parcel. Put it inside the return parcel for our returns team to allocate your return order information.

 

4.Send the package to address:

Please note that you The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for returns and exchanges unless the item is faulty before dispatch. And you the customer is responsible for the safe return of any products. EYSHAL shall not be held responsible for any lost returns or lost exchanges

 

 (Please note due to the nature of complaints we always perform a quality check before any product or item gets packed and shipped at Eyshal and we hold photographic evidence to pursue complaints correctly. any false complaints and refund requests won't be entertained).

Condition Of Returned Items

 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must meet the following conditions:

 

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them.

 

  • All original tags must be attached.

 

  • Items must be free of any odours or stains.

 

  • Original packaging (e.g., boxes, dust bags) must be included.

 

This applies to all items, including Salwar Kameez, Abayas, and Headscarves. (Excluding) piercings and earrings due to health and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on these items. This also excludes any returns of any made to order products or personalised products due to the nature of the work. Any items returned to us which returns are not accepted for such as items stated in this paragraph or due to the the related conditions mentioned above regarding the condition to the returning item mentions in our return policy and where your statuory rights do not apply we shall not refund you. And the item may only be returned back to you at your expense you the customer shall be notified of this and any other costs which are to incur. If you refuse to accept the delivery, return goods back to us again or any other situation in regards to this matter this will be acknowleged as a irreversible instruction of disposing any goods purchased by you which were returned without any agreement by us without any further notice and no further refund or return shall be made by us Eyshal.

Return Advice And Undelivered Parcel Advice

 

If you wish to make a return and we both parties customer and store have come to an agreement please note to purchase tracking and insurance which will be payable by you the customer in case of a lost return.

 

Please be aware if any parcel is undelivered or any item is missing from parcel you have a duty to inform us within 3 days of parcel arriving or 3 working days of dispatch of you receiving your order so we can start a claim with our courier service. Failure to follow this policy will mean we will not entertain any claim or responsibility of missing or undelivered items or products


Refund Options

 

When returning an item, you have the following options:

  • Refund: A refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 28 days for the refund to appear in your account this is on successful outcome of refund not all refunds will be successful. We shall only refund the price of goods and not delivery charges. Refund process will only start when we recieve the returned goods. So within 28 days after we recieve returned items refund process will start and refunds owed if successful shall be paid. 

 

  • Exchange: You can exchange the item for a different size, colour, or style, subject to availability. We will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned item return costs and a new delivery charge for the exchange will be required to be paid by the customer.

 

 


Faulty Goods 

 

In the unlikely circumstances you recieve any product that is faulty if this event occurs you will need to contact us within 3 working days to start the process of faulty returns before a actual return is made by you and we Eyshal shall pay return costs alongside refund processed within 28 days after we recieve the returned products or good as per your statutory rights. 

 

 


We Do Not Offer A Free Delivery Service 

 

Whilst in a unlikely event a whole order is returned the refund will be made to original mode of payment within 28 days and delivery charges will be deducted according to the mode of delivery you selected at the time when order was placed any money left over after delivery charges deduction will be refunded to you.


Our Cancellation Policy 

 

There is no guarantee that any order can be cancelled after the order has been placed. This is due to fast packaging and dispatching service we provide to our customer once this process is completed we will not be able to cancel an order that is placed. however if you manage to contact us by phone immediately and a order hasn't been packaged or dispatched we will refund you the money minus a 5% cancellation charge this is only charged if a refund is processed and order has been cancelled successfully once again this excludes any made to order or personalised products you instruct us to make for you. Due to the nature of the work and our fast production process of personalised products and made to order services we shall not issue any refund on these items.
